Knife 2.0 began with a dream and a desire: to offer high quality, reliable knives at a reasonable price. We are a cutlery business based in Fresno, California. We were founded in 2019 by Jamie Applegate, a UC Berkeley graduate and amateur home chef who was frustrated by the lack of reliable knives on the market. Our vision: support our customers and build a family around the idea of cooking, eating and quality products.
We offer knife sets and our flagship knife, Knife 2.0, an all-purpose chef’s knife. We also include a free guidebook and knife sharpening and maintenance set with each purchase. We believe quality deserves to be maintained.
