Claire Saffitz Talks Junk Food, Quarantine and Knife 2.0

Claire Saffitz of Bon Appétit knows a thing or two about making something from nothing. The magazine's contributing editor and host of the popular Gourmet Makes YouTube show where she makes gourmet versions of junk food, Saffitz will be joining Knife 2.0 on July 20 for the first #WeCookTogether live cooking show.


Interviewer: What do you like most about Knife 2.0?


Saffitz: It's easy to use and it holds it's edge really well! It feels safe to use and it's a nice knife.


Interviewer: What will you be doing as part of the #WeCookTogether live show?


Saffitz: I'm looking to make my own version of a twinkie! And I'll also likely be making homemade mac and cheese.
